There are a few scenarios that can explain why you cannot view your timetable despite already having submitted your study permit:
- Student accounts without study permits have holds placed on them. From the time that you submit your study permit, it can take up to 48 hours for the hold to be removed. It will also take time for the timetable to be released once the hold has been removed. Therefore, it can take up to 5 business days from the day you submit your study permit to receive your timetable.
- Enrollment/registration may not even be open yet. Please ensure that enrollment/registration for the semester has started. You can visit our myOTR site to confirm Course Registration Timelines.
- Have you paid your fees/deposit or declared your intent to register? Please ensure that you have either paid the first semester fees in full (if you are a new international student) OR paid your deposit OR declared your intent to register for the term.
If (1) enrollment/registration has already started, and (2) you have paid your fees OR declared your intent to register, and (3) it has been more than 5 business days since you uploaded your study permit, you can email Student Advisement for assistance at askanadvisor@sheridancollege.ca or visit us at the Service Hubs on campus.
