Once you submit your OSAP application, you must submit a signed and dated letter to make changes to it. Log into your OSAP application at ontario.ca/osap to see the information OSAP has on file. Write a letter indicating what changes or corrections you need to make.
To upload your letter to your OSAP account, go to the required documents section > optional uploads > updates to your application.
After your documentation has been reviewed, your financial aid office will update your application or contact you if additional information is required. Generally, this process can take up to 8 weeks.
