Use the upload function to submit documents directly to your online OSAP account as this is the most secure way of sending documents and the quickest way to get an OSAP application processed.
Files must be in PDF file format, and it cannot be more than 2MB in size – see instructions on how to compress a PDF here.
Documents are processed by the Financial Aid and Awards Office in 4–6 weeks. Documents that have been uploaded will show as ‘required’ on your OSAP account until they have been processed by the Financial Aid and Awards Office. You should monitor your OSAP account for updates. If you are still unable to upload your documents directly to your OSAP application, you may submit them here.
