Your program plan indicates which courses you need to take during each semester and when each semester will be held. For example, if you are starting your program in the Fall term, all of your semester 1 courses will be offered in the Fall. If your second semester is scheduled to be held in the Winter term, all of your second semester courses will be available then.
If you happen to fail or drop a course and need to retake it, or become out of sync with your program plan, it is best to meet with a Student Advisor to discuss your program plan. This will ensure that you are informed about when to take courses based on their availability.
