Step 1
Check to see if you are on track to complete all the required courses to graduate. MyStudentCentre will have a list of what courses you need and how many you have completed.
Have questions about your required courses? Book an appointment with a Student Adviser. We offer both in-person appointments (book at HMC, book at Davis, or book at Trafalgar) and virtual appointments.
Step 2
Along with taking required courses, you will want to check your academic standing, which is informed by your GPA. Good Academic Standing is needed to graduate.
- For certificate/diploma/advanced diploma programs, your term and cumulative GPA needs to be a minimum of 2.0 (60-64%).
- For degree programs, your term and cumulative GPA needs to be a minimum of 2.5 (65-69%).
Step 3
Make sure you have paid all your fees, and you have no outstanding balance.
Step 4
The legal name on file is what will appear on your certificate/diploma/degree. If this is not correct and you require a change, please email registration@sheridancollege.ca with official documentation supporting your name change.
Step 5 - Apply to Graduate
The link will become available to students mid-way through their final semester.
