Given that classes may be taking place remotely or a combination of remote & on-campus delivery, access to a laptop or desktop computer and a reliable internet connection is now essential for all students. You should also ensure you have a webcam & audio input/output capability. It is recommended that you have  good quality headset with headphones and a microphone.

Our Information Technology (IT) team publishes specific laptop requirements for Laptop Learning Programs and General Computing Requirements for all other programs.

If you are registered in one of Sheridan's Laptop Learning programs, you will need to ensure that your laptop meets the minimum requirements outlined by IT. These requirements are in place to ensure that your device is capable of running the required specialized software you will use in your program.
